Scrum Team

When choosing who will represent the Scrum Master for your team, the following competencies will be important:

  • Coaching – creating an environment for team members for self-management and cross functionality
  • Problem Solver- able to quickly identify and remove impediments from team
  • Process Management- ensuring all scrum events are held, productive, and within time box
  • Mentor- provide support and techniques to help product owner maximize product goals
  • Facilitator- serves the team as requested or needed
  • Leader- leading, training and coaching scrum adoption to organization and removing barriers
  • Counselor-displays empathy, and skills toward Building/Healing Relationships
