Scrum Team

When choosing who will represent the Scrum Master for your team, the following competencies will be important:
- Coaching – creating an environment for team members for self-management and cross functionality
- Problem Solver- able to quickly identify and remove impediments from team
- Process Management- ensuring all scrum events are held, productive, and within time box
- Mentor- provide support and techniques to help product owner maximize product goals
- Facilitator- serves the team as requested or needed
- Leader- leading, training and coaching scrum adoption to organization and removing barriers
- Counselor-displays empathy, and skills toward Building/Healing Relationships
