The program Model of Learning and Development is designed around 70% hands on experience, 20% networking, mentoring and coaching, and 10% instruction and training. It includes agile training, introduction to project management, speaker engagements and many other skill building assignments. As a participant you will learn how to work within an agile team to take a project from initiation phase to closing phase using scrum practices. At the end of the program, participants will have the option to participate in an Executive sponsored project using the skills you learn during the program to gain real-life experiences working in an agile environment.
This program is designed for college students currently participating in a degree program, certificate program or professional trade and extends 1 year post-graduation.
