Calendar Events
The proper checkpoints and assignments should be scheduled as a team. Please coordinate with your team your calendars to include the following:
- Daily Scrum 15 minutes
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Review
- Preliminary Demonstration and Submission for Sponsor Review due 3 weeks after orientation
- Final Demonstration and Final Submission for Sponsor Review due week 5 weeks after orientation.
- Sprint Retrospective
