Transparency – Everyone is aware of how each member is contributing toward the sprint goals. Impediments are collectively solved and displayed by the use of visual artifacts and daily communications.
Inspection – Each team member and Executive Sponsor can examine backlog work, offer feedback and suggestions to help move the team along toward meeting the desired goal and the definition of done.
Adaptation – Based off of examinations, developers and Executive Sponsors are able to identify potential risks or needed changes in real-time and make the appropriate modifications for the customer.
