The Shift

Agile Coach – responsible for making sure the process is understood, this person is familiar with the agile experience and can provide project teams with the support needed to maximize their teams output.

Product Owner – responsible for the product, they are the liaison between the team and the customer. They work directly with the stakeholders on vision and need. They bare sole ownership on maximizing the value of the backlog for the developers.

Developers – responsible for negotiating work they can commit to with product owner. They estimate, plan and executes start to finish the work needed to produce the potentially shippable product that meets the definition of done.
