Becoming an Agile Thinker

As we become more agile, so does our way of thinking. During the next set of slides you will be introduced to the 5 stages of waterfall and ask to compare it to the 6 stages of agile development. As we will walk through the diagram, you will notice many differences on when customers are engaged, how teams interact and manage risk.

By the end of this module you should be able to answer the following questions:

• What are some disadvantages and advantages of using one model over the other? • What does it mean to be an Agile Thinker?
